Concept

Be able to add the returned labels to the next RMA batch from the Store Check or the Returns application.

How to?

Store Check application

1. Click on this multiple square icon.

2. Click on “Store check” button to open the application.

3. Scan the label using the scan icon.
   NB: If you choose this option, you will directly arrived at step 7, follow from there. Note that it only applies in the case of scanning a label.

4. OR search the label with a keyword.

5. OR filter by: bad battery, offline, or not updated.

6. You will get a list of the filtered labels. Click on the one you want to replace.

7. Here you will arrive on the detail page of the label with its status and the associated item

8. Select a reason to replace the label: battery, broken display, fading, easylock, broken casing, or other.

9. Chose if the returned label should be added in the next RMA batch.

10. Scan the replacing label using the scan icon or enter the label ID. The old label will be deleted and the matching with the new label will be saved automatically.

Returns application

1. Click on this multiple square icon.

2. Click on “Returns” application.

3. Select a return reason of why you want to return your label. It could be because of a:
   battery problem, broken display, color stability, broken easylock, broken casing, other.

4. Chose if the returned label should be added in the next RMA batch.

5. Scan all the labels ID associated.

6. For each label scanned you can view its ID, the reason of return, its warranty status and if you added it to your next RMA batch.

In both case, when a label is returned, it is deleted from the store and no more visible in VManager.

In case you made an error when returning a label, you can scan it a again with the new choices and the old choices will be deleted.
