Lock the possibility to match unknown items

Concept

All your matchings can be easily done thanks to VUSION Link application.

As standard, the system allows the matching of unknown items with a label Id. In this case, the label will display a specific image mentioning that the product is missing from the data.

However, you can now disable this functionality to make sure that your labels are always matched with items Id that are in your database.

Follow this guide do deactivate the “unknown item matching” functionality.

How to ?

 

You need to have an access to VUSION Manager to lock this functionality.

  1. Go on your store dashboard and click on “Technical configuration” in the top banner.

2. Choose VLink tab

3. Choose “Yes” or “No” on the “Item: Matching unknown” category.

Yes: you can match unknow items. In this case, the label will display the following image on the label:

No: It is impossible to match unknown items. Then you will receive a notification of failure.
