Please note that this feature is linked with Asset Management: “Quota check” tab.

View the warranty status of your labels thanks to “Warranty” application on VUSION Link. It enables you to check the warranty status of your labels at anytime and thus better control your in-store labels usage.

Various status of your warranty

Here you can find the various possible status of warranties you could get on your labels:

Out of warranty

The reasons for out of warranty can be:

  • Overuse of flash

  • Overuse of display updates

  • Update outside of temperature range

  • Expired warranty date

 

Warning

The reasons for warning are:

  • Overconsuming flash

  • Overconsuming display updates

How to?

  1. Click on this multiple square icon.

  2. Click on “Warranty” button to open the application.

  3. Scan the label.

  4. You will now be able to see the warranty status of the label.

 

 

Follow your warranty compliance in Asset Management

Complete the analysis by going further on Asset Management, where you will have graphs to follow your warranty compliance and make sure that your labels are being used within the quotas of your contract.
Asset Management will also give you in addition a view on a retail chain or store level, the reasons why your labels are out of warranty.
