Return labels from your store

Aug 1, 2022

VLK 113 - July 2022 - VUSION Link

Concept

Please note that this feature is linked to Asset Management: “Return tab”.

When your labels comes to end of life you will need to remove them from your store. To help you analyse the return causes of your labels, we have developed this new application available in VUSION Link. It will allow you to associate for each label the reason why you have deleted it from the store.

These return reasons will then feed graphs in Asset Management so that you can pinpoint the major return causes and optimize your internal processes.

How to?

  1. Click on this multiple square icon.

  2. Click on “Returns” application.

  3. Select a return reason of why you want to return your label. It could be because of a:
battery problem, broken display, color stability, broken easylock, broken casing, other.

  4. Scan all the labels ID associated.

  5. For each label scanned you can view its ID, the reason of return and its warranty status.

Note that all labels scanned will be automatically deleted.

Follow your returns in Asset Management

In Asset Management, you will have all the information aggregated in one dashboard:

  1. Graph 1: number of returns by month.

  2. Graph 2: number of returns by reason.

  3. Graph 3: warranty status distribution.

  4. Graph 4: Paretto curve analysis, to study the percentage of returns and to identify the main causes for returns that needs to be adressed to optimize your lifecycle. You will then be able to focus on the risks that have the most impacts on your ROI.
