Trigger tasks at a retail chain level

Concept
The goal is to be able to trigger tasks at the retail chain level and not only at the store level. The two tasks in question are the smart refresh and the switch page.
The smart refresh tasks resend the latest image to the label only if the latest image is different from the one currently displayed on the label. The user can also schedule a task called switch page that will send a new image to the labels for a limited period of time until it goes back to the original display.

Add a retail chain task
1- Click on the gear icon on the top to access the configuration tab of the retail chain.
2- Click on the button “Add” to add a new task.
3- Enter your task name.
4- Choose the task you want to schedule, smart refresh or switch page
4.1 – If you chose the switch page task, select a scenario, a duration and if it is a punctual or recurrent task
5- Enter date, hour and time zone.
6- Select the labels that should be impacted by this task.
7- Click on Save Task. .
For the switch page task, if you chose “recurrent task”, you need to select the days of the week when the task will be triggered starting from the configured start date.
Additional retail chain task execution
Your task has been scheduled and will be triggered at your selected time. However, you can decide to execute an additional immediate task to what has been planned. In this case:
1- Click on the framed icon. Please note that if you click on this icon, the task will be executed immediately in addition to the execution date you set prior to this phase.
A pop-up will appear asking you if you are sure you want to execute this task:
