Concept

The first connection between the access point and the label is not immediate. In order to reduce the synchronization time and be able to update the images rapidly on the labels, it is possible to register one or several labels in the system in advance.

How-to

1. On your store dashboard, go on the “Labels” tab and click on the import icon on the top right corner of your label list.

2. A pop-up will open and you can choose to pre-register one label or import a file (if you wish to pre-register a batch of labels).

3. If you wish to register one label, enter your label Id and click on “Save”.

4. If you wish to register several labels, you can import a file containing your ESLs Id (e.g. CSV file). Then click on “Save”.
