Removal of old ESLs

HF labels offline for more than 6 months and LF labels with last transmissions older than 6 months will be removed from the store label list.

Smart Landing Page

The user landing page is now linked to his users rights. If the user has access to one retail chain he will land on the store list page . If the user only have access to one store, he will directly land on the store dashboard and will not be able to see the other stores of the retail chain.
