Concept

Maintaining an on-premise store is a day-to-day work. To help you with this tedious task, Insight has been provided with several tools to perform actions remotely on your stores and make sure that your system is always up-to-date. With Insight Operations, you can now:

Restart Insight Agent

In case of any unusual behavior of your system, you can restart at any time the agent installed on your server.

Restart Insight Data extraction

You can make a new extraction of all data from the agent installed on your server.

Restart Jeegy Services

In case of any unusual behavior of your system, you can restart at any time Jeegy services installed on your server.

Truncate the items field history

You can clean your database and optimise the performances of your system by removing your items history field. This feature is available only for Jeegy S and M13 users.

Restart HF services

In case of any unusual behavior of your system, you can restart at any time your HF services installed on your server.

Restart database services

In case of any unusual behavior of your system, you can restart at any time your database services installed on your server.

Download Jeegy logs

You can monitor your store operations by downloading your Jeegy logs.

Download Insight agent logs

You can monitor your Insight agent by downloading the Insight logs.

Clean labels that are no longer used

You can clean you labels by removing all HF labels that have been offline for more than 6 months and all LF labels with their last transmission older than 6 months.

These operations can be performed only if the Insight agent is installed and online.

It also requires the last version of the agent AND the launcher (at least 1.2.47 for the launcher and 1.3.192 for the agent) 


How-to

1. Select the store where you want to download labels details by clicking on your store line.

2. Click on the “Technical configuration” tab and choose “Insight Operation”

3. Only when downloading logs, click on the start icon to upload the logs in VUSION Cloud. When the logs are uploaded, you can download them by clicking on the cloud icon and select your time period.

4. Execute the action you want to perform for your store by clicking on the “start” icon.

The execution speed of these actions depends on the frequency of the data collection that was configured for the store you are working on.
