1) Whitelist the following URLs and ports:

7354tcp://apa-*.vusion.io
on ports 64000 to 65000
If you prefer to authorize specific URLs (though not recommended), please add those corresponding to your region:
Japanese customers:
apa-jpn-[1:9].vusion.io
(ports 64000 to 65000)Southeast Asia and Oceania:
apa-aus-[1:9].vusion.io

2) Keep the existing URLs and ports open to ensure continuity of service and as a fallback option
Keep the existing URLs and ports open to ensure continuity of service and as a fallback option.
For non-JWT access points: Be prepared to reconfigure them at the time of migration in synchronization with the endpoint change.
As a reminder, if this procedure is not completed by the deadline, we will proceed with the migration at our discretion starting in February 2025.
Please note that due to the holiday season in December and the high commercial activity during this period, we will only schedule migrations in December if we receive an explicit request from you. We understand that this time is critical for your business, and we aim to minimize any potential disruptions.
Thank you for your cooperation.
