To help you maintain a clean your store, our platform will now automatically delete electronic labels that have been offline for more than 6 months.

This automated cleaning process ensures:

  • Efficient Management: Eliminating offline labels reduces clutter, allowing for more efficient label management without manual intervention.

This initiative helps you focus on current operations while our system keeps your data clean and precise.

Conditions

Labels that have been offline for at least 180 days (6 months) will be automatically removed from your system.

The system removes up to 1,000 offline labels per day, allowing for a gradual and smooth deletion process.

By deleting labels little by little, we limit risk and ensure a smooth transition without sudden changes to your system.

  1. Do I need to stop removing labels myself ?

The automatic routine is designed to support your label management, especially for lost or misplaced labels. However, it does not entirely replace manual processes. When you remove labels manually, you can add a specific reason—such as linking to store check or return procedures—which provides valuable context. If you notice specific labels that need immediate attention, you can still remove them manually. While the system manages the bulk of inactive labels based on set conditions, your manual interventions remain important for precise management.

No, the offline duration threshold of 180 days (6 months) is set by us and applies globally to all customers using the Vusion Cloud platform.

No, the automatic removal routine is a global process that cannot be stopped on a per-client basis. This process is in place to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency across the Vusion Cloud platform.
