Concept

Depending on your web browser settings and on your company IT rules, you can sometimes land on a 403 error when trying to access VManager homepage.

 

FIREFOX

What to do when it happens on Firefox

  • Clic on the shield logo next to the URL bar

  • If the tracking protection is activated, it can be what caused the issue

  • Try to deactivate it and refresh your browser, you should now have access to your retail chain(s)

 

GOOGLE CHROME

What to do when it happens on Chrome

  • If this eye logo is crossed, follow the next steps as this issue can be linked to cookies management

  • Clic on this and then clic on “Impossible to access the website ?”

  • Clic on “Authorize cookies”

  • Refresh your browser, the logo should have changed and you should now have access to your retail chain(s)
