VUSION Manager
Concept
To enhance your user experience and be fully conversant with VUSION Manager interface, please be guided by the different types of existing icons as well as their meanings.
STATUS ICONS
The main functionality of the status icons is to give you the ability to have a comprehensive overview of your stores activities. Moreover, you can monitor your stores by identifying bottlenecks instantly and fix issues easily.
Access Points (AP) / Stores / Labels are online
This icon means that your stores, labels and access points are online and functioning properly.
Label is synchronized
This icon means that the images generated for the labels have been successfully transmitted to it. Thus, you can be sure that your prices are up-to-date.
Label is synchronizing
Your label is synchronizing when the transmission of an image generated for the label is on-going.
Warning
On VUSION Manager you have the capability to set alerts with a threshold to monitor your store. This icon appears when the threshold is reached. It applies only for access points and stores.
Access Points (AP) / Stores / Labels are offline
This icon means that labels, access points or stores are offline and thus, not connected to the Cloud.
If your access points and stores are offline, please contact your local support desk.
If your labels are offline, that means they are not connected to an access point. Please make sure that:
your label is still in the store area, else you have to remove it from the system.
your label is in an area correctly covered by radio.
Else, please contact your local support desk.
Label is unreachable
When a label is unreachable, it means that the label did not receive the last transmitted images that were sent. If the last transmission has failed, your prices might not be updated.
If the label is online, wait a few more hours for the automatic refresh. In case the transmission still fails, please contact your local support desk.
If the label is offline, follow the “offline icon” instructions above.
NAVIGATION ICONS & SHORTCUTS
The principal attribute of the navigation icons is to enable you to navigate accross the various fields offered by VUSION Manager, and more precisely to go deep in details about the identified issues to be fixed.
Setting - Technical configuration
To configure your setting on the retail chain, please click on this icon.
We have here two different types of setting methods: automatic setting upload and manual setting upload.
Automatic setting upload: the ability to deploy a setting directly from Studio to your retail chain (prior starting this phase you have to ensure that your retail chain is associated with a Studio account).
Manual setting upload: deploy a setting manually (no need to have a VUSION Studio account associated to your retail chain).
Monitoring configuration
VUSION Manager includes a monitoring tool to help you identify and spot unusual device or infrastructure behavior in order to reduce mean-time-to-resolution and guarantee accurate pricing in the store.
Monitor your retail chain and configure personalized alerts on the following systems:
Transmission system: send an alert when at least one driver is offline and alert when the count of Access Points (AP) is in error mode (1 or more)
Label: send an alert when the rate of unreachable labels is high
Event monitoring: send an alert when there is an issue on matching or data integration
Dashboard
Your store dashboard gives you an overview of your store information and operations. Through this view, you can rapidly check the health of your assets and infrastructure but also supervise any specific operation (data integration, matchings, etc).

“Any idea”
This button has been added so that users can give feedbacks on certain features and also ask questions allowing us to respond promptly to their queries.
Configuration of VUSION Link mobile
VUSION Link mobile is a multi-users smartphone or PDA application designed to manage and track labels and items in-store. It allows employees to be more effective and flexible in order to make time for customers and focus on high-added value tasks.
To get VUSION Link application, you have to download the APK (Android Package Kit) file then configure it via the QR Code generated on VUSION Manager.
Easy navigation on SES-imagotag applications
This icon gives you a quicker access to SES-imagotag applications such as Users or Studio.
Copy to clipboard : store id, label id, item id
You can directly copy a store id, a label id or an item id and paste it on the search bar retail chain. In the event tab or in the technical configuration tab, it will also allow you to copy requests to JSON format.
Operate on labels/items
All the operations that can be performed for a label are an item are located in this icon. You click here if you want to refresh and/or flash your labels/items.
