When the user goes back from a label or items details to the search menu, the search bar will automatically be cleaned to allow the user scan a new code right away.

Store name added

To avoid any mistakes when a user is doing an operation on a store, we have added the store name in VUSION Link home page. This store name is the name given by the user in Store Management web application.

The store ID remains available in the setting menu.

Log out pop-up

To avoid any misguided log-out from the application, we have added a confirmation pop-up.

Return application

This new application will help you analyze the return causes of your labels. You can choose your return reason between a list of determined reasons, and scan all the labels associated. The app will automatically delete the labels from the store, add the return reason to the label information and display the warranty status of the label. These information can be used later for your RMA process.

Warranty new application

You can view the warranty status of your label at any time thanks to this new application added to VUSION Link app. Scan your label ID and we will display if your label is under warranty or out of warranty and the reasons why it is out of warranty.
