Enhanced VCore support for partially integrated files

Following the incident that occured on April, 17th we have been working on the implemtnation of a more complete replaying api/file/matching feature to help recover data in extreme cases. It is now possible to replay BO integration files for selected stores or retail chains, allowing for improved handling and recovery of partially integrated files after a failure.

Admin user management

Admin users of a retail chain can now create or assign an admin profile to other users.
