[23/09/2025] Provisioning server IP change
Dear Customers,
To ensure compliance with the latest security standards, we will be migrating our provisioning server during the upcoming European release window.
Key Points:
No service interruption is expected, and the DNS will remain unchanged.
You will not be able to add, edit or delete VUSION Access Points (V:Gates, Cloud-points) during the migration, which is expected to last 2 hours.
Only the IP address of the provisioning server will change, which may impact the authorization process for some customers.
We recommend that you take the necessary steps to ensure your access points can still be provisioned after the migration.

URLs remain the same:
Current IP address: 40.69.216.179
New IP address: 40.80.216.165
All access points already registered on VusionCloud will remain connected. Any IP-related issues will only affect new access points added after the migration, or configuration updates on existing access points.
This migration is a crucial step to maintain the security and compliance of our platform.
